Nana's Hearth may handle account information when account features are used, support messages you intentionally send, payment records handled by Stripe, and basic usage information needed to understand whether pages and product flows work.
Family recipes, photographs, transcriptions, and memories are preservation content. Nana's Hearth uses that content to provide the archive, search, review, print, and assistant features you request. We do not need ownership of your family history to provide the service.
Conversion and usage events describe actions such as viewing an offer or opening a printable pack. Names, email addresses, private recipe text, ingredient text, memories, family notes, uploaded source-card content, authentication tokens, and payment secrets are not intentionally sent as analytics properties.
Stripe processes payment information. Nana's Hearth does not need to store full card numbers in its application or project files.
