If a Nana's Hearth purchase does not deliver what the purchase page promised, contact admin.nanashearth@protonmail.com with the payment email and a short description of the problem.
For the initial $9 Founding Kitchen Pass, refund requests made within 14 days of purchase are reviewed promptly. Duplicate charges or failed fulfillment will be corrected or refunded as appropriate.
Stripe remains the payment record. Never send full card numbers or passwords by email.
